-- Do 50 jumping jacks before showering. -- Wear a cute/comfortable outfit. -- Eat healthy & hearty breakfast. -- Park farther away. -- Bring your lunch instead of going out. -- Take a couple 5 minute breaks for yourself. -- Go for a walk before dinner, or after! -- Do something that makes you happy.
