Fall Essentials
Fall is here, the weather is getting cooler, the leaves are changing and my heart is happy. There is so many fun activities during this season, great food, family trips, fun crafts, football and outside hoodie weather.
Each season there are some essentials everyone needs or their go to favorite accessories, etc. Bathing suit season, sweating and beach days are now behind us and it's time to adjust to the brisk fall season.
Here are some of my fall essentials:
FALL FASHION
Ahhhh fall clothes, they are just the best. The olive green and maroon colors, sweaters, the layering of clothes and cute boots and scarfs are my favorite. I just love the overall comfortableness of the fall fashion and feel more myself than in the summertime. I decided to try Stitch Fix for some new fall staple items for my closet and so far it's going great.
LIP BALM
With the weather getting colder, chap stick or lip balm is needed especially on the windy days or if you are outside for a long period of time apple/pumpkin picking. My current favorite brand is EOS. They have a lot of different scents to pick from and keep my lips smooth. I have always used the ChapStick brand growing up and like that as well especially when it's really cold out or if I neglect my lips and they get super chapped and I need the medicated kind.
HOT COFFEE
I love my Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee, like LOVE. But there is something so perfection about a nice hot coffee from your favorite coffee shop on a cool day. Once the cup touches my hand I swear it's like magic. I am instantly in a better mood, I feel like I can take on anything that comes my way during the day and it warms not just my body but my soul as well.
Coffee is life. Keep warm and get cozy with a cup of joe!
FALL BUCKET LIST
I am a lover of lists. I make lists for everything, every day and love checking something off (or highlighting at work). It's such a great satisfaction that what I planned was completed and I love being organized. As a working mom who is especially busy during the last quarter of the year, lists are a necessity. Whether it be as simple as a grocery list or stuff to do around the house to family Christmas lists, activities and monthly bills. Lists along with my weekly and monthly calendars make life run smoothly and help me get more done.
So when it comes to fall and winter especially a bucket list is always fun for me and gets the family excited for activities or little special things to do during our busy every day life.
Positive vibes,
Jenn
